jumbo shrimp in a dark rum brown sugar butter sauce
with artichoke hearts, fresh pineapple and red pepper
served over rice
w/ salad

Coquilles St Jacque
pan seared jumbo sea scallops
with a mushroom cognac cream sauce
served with seasoned rice and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Chicken Monterey  
chicken breast topped with avocado and swiss cheese
accented with a tarragon vin blanc
served with mashed potatoes
 and fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
