served in a golden puff pastry cup with a saute of mushrooms,
onion, tomatoes and spinach in a scampi butter sauce
w/ salad

Gorgonzola Crusted Filet Mignon
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Deconstucted Chicken Pot Pie
chicken breast braised with carrots , celery and onion
on a crispy pastry crust with roasted yukon gold potatoes and sweet peas
w/ salad
