served on orzo pasta with grilled asparagus
highlighted with a thermador sauce
w/ salad

Pecan Encrusted Salmon Roulade
fresh atlantic salmon filled with caramelized leeks and spinach
accented with a cognac mushroom cream sauce
served with seasoned rice and fresh vegetable saute
