maine lobster topped with a mango salsa and lime aioli
served with a sweet coconut rice
w/ salad

Pan Roasted Filet Mignon with Gremolata
pan seared and topped with a fresh herb, garlic and caper gremolata
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Seafood and Prosciutto Carbonara
lobster, crab and scallops
tossed in linguine and lemon egg cream sauce
w/ salad

Fresh Chilean Sea Bass
Pan seared and finished in the oven with a dijon cashew crust.
Served on seasoned rice with Mediterranean roasted vegetables
w/ salad
