accented with a parmesan crust and basil infused olive oil
served on herbed brie bruschetta with a fresh tomato relish
w/ salad
Deconstructed Beef Stroganoff
grilled choice beef medallions on a bed of stroganoff sauce
with Amish egg noodles and caramelized onion stuffed mushrooms
w/ salad
Asian Pan Seared Duck Breast
on fried rice highlighted with a wasabi sauce
w/ salad
Double Cut Smoked Pork Loin Chop
finished on the grill with our whiskey bbq sauce
served with augratin potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
