Jamaican Jerk Pulled Pork
rubbed pork shoulder cooked low and slow for 12 hours
served with pommes frites and fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Dijon Cashew Crusted Fresh Halibut
accented with a roasted red pepper coulis
served on a mediterranean vegetable saute
w/ salad

Seared Fresh Jumbo Sea Scallops
served on grilled zucchini and seasoned rice
finished with a mango chutney
w/ salad

Spiced Fresh Mahi Mahi
dusted w/ star anise, cloves, cinnamon, paparika and sichuan pepper
served on a bed of sweet cream mushroom risotto
w/ salad
