sauteed in a chicken stock marsala wine reduction
served over penne pasta
w/ salad
Whiskey Marinated Grilled Pork Chops
boneless chops in our own whiskey marinate
on au gratin potatoes with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
Moroccan Lamb Tagine
braised fresh leg of lamb with Ras-el-Hanout spice blend
with apricots and chick peas
served on a bed of cous cous
w/ salad
