served with fire roasted tomatoes, baby spinach, and angel hair pasta
tossed in a fresh herb olive oil with shaved parmigiano reggiano
w/ salad
Gorgonzola Crusted Filet Mignon
finished with a balsamic reduction
served with a baked potato and fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
Seared Sea Scallops Caprese Style
served on a bed of home grown tomatoes and fresh mozzerella
dressed with a fresh basil olive oil
