layered with grilled vegetables and aged provolone
accented with crispy pommes frites and a peppercorn cream
w/ salad
   
Grilled Tequilla Lime Jumbo Sea Scallops 
highlighted with a fresh herb black bean salsa
served on crispy fried polenta
w/ salad
 
Asian Five Spice Breaded Walleye
finished with a tomato scallion saute
served on steamed rice

accented with a horseradish cream sauce
served on mashed potatoes with a fresh vegetable saute
