served on basmati rice with a mandarin orange salsa
highlighted with a honey ginger glaze
w/ salad
Roasted Red Bell Pepper Pesto Grilled Shrimp
finished with a lemon basil vin blanc
paired with porcini mushroom ravioli
w/ salad

Chicken Tikka Masala       
grilled chicken tikka, chunks of chicken marinated in spices and yogurt      
finished in a masala tomato cream sauce      
served with seasoned rice and naan bread      
w/ salad
Choice Grilled Filet Mignon
topped with a bourguignon sauce
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
