                               with Coldwater Lobster Tail
accented with balsamic reduction
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
  
Pan Seared Sea Scallops 
topped with a thai cucumber salad
served with sticky rice 
highlighted with a plum sauce and wasabi
w/ salad
   
Carolina Style BBQ Pulled Pork
rubbed pork shoulder cooked low and slow for 12 hours
served with sweet potato pommes frites and fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
   
Bayou Seafood Gumbo
lobster, shrimp, crab, sausage and blue mussels
in a rich louisianna gumbo
served with seasoned rice 
w/ salad
