Chicken Tikka Masala 
grilled chicken tikka, chunks of chicken marinated in spices and yogurt
finished in a masala (mixture of spices) tomato cream sauce
served with seasoned rice and naan bread
w/ salad
  
Whiskey BBQ Baby Back Ribs
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
 
Brazilian BBQ Strip Steak
marinated in red wine, fresh herbs and garlic
with augratin potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
  
Sea Scallops Saganaki 
seared sea scallops in a greek feta tomato reduction
served on pan fried polenta with roasted peppers and artichoke hearts
w/ salad
