served on amish noodles

seared sea scallops in a greek feta tomato reduction
served on pan fried polenta with roasted peppers and artichoke hearts
w/ salad
   
Tuscan Strip Steak  
accented with a toasted garlic vin blanc
served with parmesan pommes frites and ratatouille
w/ salad
  
Pork Schnitzel  
highlighted with a 'hunter' sauce
served with whipped potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
   
Chicken Tikka Masala 
grilled chicken tikka, chunks of chicken marinated in spices and yogurt
finished in a masala (mixture of spices) tomato cream sauce
served with seasoned rice and naan bread
w/ salad
