Carolina Style BBQ Pulled Pork
rubbed pork shoulder cooked low and slow for 12 hours
served with sweet potato pommes frites and fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
  
Bayou Seafood Gumbo 
lobster, shrimp, crab, sausage and blue mussels
in a rich louisianna gumbo
served with seasoned rice 
w/ salad
  
Choice Beef Braciola
filled with herb roasted tomatoes, baby spinach and aged provalone
served on fresh basil pesto linguine
accented with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
w/ salad
   
Sweet Garlic Grilled Shrimp Skewer 
finished with a raspberry chardonnay coulis
served with roasted vegetable rice pilaf
w/ salad
