seared in a cast iron skillet, topped with a fresh herb butter
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
  
Blackened Fresh Atlantic Salmon
highlighted with a lemon peppercorn cream sauce
served on a bed of dirty rice and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Carolina Style BBQ Pulled Pork  
rubbed pork shoulder cooked low and slow for 12 hours
served with sweet potato pommes frites and fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
Gorgonzola Crusted Choice Filet Mignon 
                               with Coldwater Lobster Tail 
accented with balsamic reduction
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

  1. If you've never had the Cowboy Ribeye Steak, you need to give this one a try. One word of caution, bring a big appetite.
