Start your week out with something other then boring weekend leftovers!



Blanquette de Boeuf: A french cream based beef stew served over a bed of pasta (pictured above)


Sweet Chilli Shrimp and Scallops: skewers, served over a bed of white rice


Pan Seared Duck Breast: glazed with a peppercorn sauce served over a bed of yukon golden mashed potatoes.
