served in a spiced coconut broth
accompanied with rice pilaf
w/ salad
   
Asian Five Spice Strip Steak
highlighted with a caper aioli
served with cashew freid rice and garlic sesame green beans
w/ salad
  
Kiwi BBQ Grilled Salmon
accented with a roasted peach salsa
served on seasoned rice 
w/ salad
