highlighted with a lemon peppercorn cream sauce
served on a bed of dirty rice and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
Cowboy Ribeye Steak
seared in a cast iron skillet, topped with a fresh herb butter
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
  
Carolina Style BBQ Pulled Pork
rubbed pork shoulder cooked low and slow for 12 hours
served with sweet potato pommes frites and fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
 
Gorgonzola Crusted Choice Filet Mignon 
                               with Coldwater Lobster Tail  
accented with balsamic reduction
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
