Blackened Fresh Atlantic Salmon
highlighted with a lemon peppercorn cream sauce
served on a bed of dirty rice and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
   
Mandarin Sea Scallops 
day boat scallops pan seared
accented with a mandarin orange rum butter
served with seasoned rice and fresh vegetable saute
