slow braised tender beef from the striploin in burgandy wine,
with applewood smoked bacon, onions and carrots
served on a bed of egg noodles
salad
Pork Tenderloin Schnitzel
served with garlic roasted potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute
accented with a horseradish cream
salad
Asian Grilled Yellowfin Tuna
served on rice and stripped with a wasabi sauce
topped with an asain slaw
salad

Rum Runner Sea Scallops
seared sea scallops in a butter rum sauce with grilled pineapple and artichoke hearts
served on coconut rice
salad
