highlighted with a lemon garlic tzatziki sauce
served on a bed of tabouleh

accented with a brandy peppercorn cream sauce
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
Broiled Fresh Lake Walleye
crusted with a fresh pineapple cashew relish
served with garlic roasted potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute
