served with hand cut steak fries
and an applewood smoked bacon hot slaw
with house made Tartar sauce
Asian Pan Seared Duck Breast
on fried rice highlighted with a wasabi sauce
w/ salad
Double Cut Smoked Pork Loin Chop
finished on the grill with our whiskey bbq sauce
served with augratin potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute
