resting on a saute of julienne snow peas and shitake mushrooms

Grilled Choice Filet Mignon
accented with a gorgonzola peppercorn cream
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
Fresh Lamb Satay
marinated in a spicy coconut peanut sauce
served on sticky rice with a thai julienne vegetable slaw
