Chicken Marsala
chicken breast, mushrooms and onions
sauteed in a chicken stock marsala wine reduction
served over penne pasta
w/ salad
Macadamia Nut Crusted Sea Scallops
highlighted with a citrus butter sauce
served on seasoned rice with a fresh vegetable saute
