consisting of plump shrimp in a sauce
of tomatoes, onion, celery and bell pepper
served with dirty rice

tender full slab of ribs in our Jack Daniels bbq sauce
served with a baked potato and fresh vegetable saute

Crab Stuffed Rainbow Trout
highlighted with a lemon thyme beurre blanc
served on herbed rice with a fresh vegetable saute

hand breaded chicken breast , pan sauteed
accented with a three cheese blend and marinaria sauce
served on penne pasta
finished with a balsamic reduction
