served with seasoned rice and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
 
Chicken Cacciatore
braised with tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms
tossed with penne pasta and finished with shaved parmesan
w/ salad
  
Gorgonzola Crusted Choice Filet Mignon
accented with balsamic carmelized shallots
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
