topped with a bourguignon sauce
served garlic mashed potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

accented with a fresh herb and horseradish crust
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Pan Seared Sea Scallops
served with seasoned rice and a fresh vegetable saute
finished with a mandarin orange spiced rum sauce
w/ salad
