with brown butter whipped potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute

Pesto Grilled Jumbo Shrimp
served on a buffalo mozzarella and mango caprese
finished with extra virgin olive oil and a balsamic reduction
w/ salad
 
Whiskey Marinated Choice Strip Steak
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
