shrimp saute in white wine garlic butter
with peppers, onions, tomatoes and olives
served on seasoned rice
w/ salad

Blackened Canadian Salmon
pan seared in a cast iron skillet
topped with a fresh tomato concasse
served on dirty rice
w/ salad

Chicken Parmesan
hand breaded chicken breast , pan sauteed
accented with a three cheese blend and marinara sauce
served on penne pasta
w/ salad
