accented with a three cheese blend and marinara sauce
served on penne pasta
w/ salad

mahi mahi on a chipotle slaw
served with a cumin rice and a grilled pineapple salsa
w/ salad

Fresh Spanish Mackerel
pan seared full flavored fish
finished with a lemon caper butter
served over seasoned rice
 with a fresh vegetable saute
