glazed with a mandarin orange butter
accented with wasabi sauce
served on a bed of rice
 with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Rum Runner Shrimp
jumbo shrimp in a dark rum brown sugar butter sauce
with artichoke hearts, fresh pineapple and red pepper
served over rice
w/ salad
