Served on seasoned rice with Mediterranean roasted vegetables
w/ salad

Fresh Chilean Sea Bass
Pan seared and finished in the oven with a dijon cashew crust.
Served on seasoned rice with Mediterranean roasted vegetables
w/ salad

Pan Roasted Filet Mignon with Gremolata
pan seared and topped with a fresh herb, garlic and caper gremolata
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Pan Seared Sea Scallops
highlighted with a tomato concasse and lemon cream sauce
served a bed of fresh herb tabouleh
w/ salad
