served on amish noodles
w/ salad
Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Shrimp and Mussels
tossed w/ linguine, fresh tomato, baby spinach
garnished with shaved asiago cheese
w/ salad
Chicken Parmesan
hand breaded chicken breast , pan sauteed
accented with a three cheese blend and marinara sauce
served on penne pasta
w/ salad
Almond Brown Butter Salmon Fillet
accented with a berry shiraz coulis
served on a bed of pearl cous cous
with a chilled haricot vert 'salad'
