 shallots, fresh tomato and feta cheese with olive oil
served on linguine pasta
w/ salad

Blackened Ahi Tuna  
served on dirty rice and accented with a wasabi sauce
accompanied with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Whiskey BBQ Baby Back Ribs
full rack of ribs with our whiskey sauce
served with baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
