in a chicken stock marsala wine butter reduction
served over penne pasta
w/ salad

Fra Diavolo Shrimp
jumbo shrimp and red bell pepper in a spicy sauce
served on linguine pasta
highlighted with a lemon riesling vin blanc
w/ salad
