accented with carmelized onions
served with smashed red skin potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Fresh Alaskan Cod in a Potato Jacket
finished with a dijon crab vin blanc and tomato herb concasse
served on a saute of baby spinach
w/ salad

Black n Bleu Strip Steak
pan seared in blackening seasoning and topped the a gorgonzola crust
served with roasted yukon gold potatoes and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Seafood Gumbo
lobster, shrimp, scallops, crab and cod
in a rich gumbo stew with dirty rice
w/ salad
