served over penne pasta

Pecan Crusted Fresh Sea Scallops
highlighted with a spiced rum butter
served on seasoned rice with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Whiskey BBQ Pulled Pork
accented with a horseradish sauce
served on mashed potatoes
 with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
