served with a fresh vegetable saute
highlighted with a spiced island rum aioli
w/ salad
 
Pan Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops
topped with a port wine reduction
served on roasted vegetable hummus and lemon herb tabouleh
w/ salad
  
Chicken Breast Roulade
stuffed with herb roasted tomatoes, topped with a fire roasted garlic sauce
served on linguini pasta
