highlighted with a mandarin orange rum sauce
served on seasoned rice with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
 
Whiskey Marinated Strip Steak 
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
   
Shrimp Provencal 
jumbo shrimp sauteed with grape tomato, fennel, onion, roasted red
 pepper and Herbes De Provence. Served on seasoned rice
w/ salad
  
Pork Schnitzel 
accented with a horseradish cream sauce
served on mashed potatoes with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
