baked in a parmesan bechamel sauce
w/ salad
   
Whiskey Marinated Strip Steak
served with a baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
  
Fresh Lake Erie Walleye    
lightly blackened in a cast iron skillet
accented with a grilled tomato concasse
served on a dirty rice risotto
w/ salad
  
Pan Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops
topped with a port wine reduction
served on roasted vegetable hummus and lemon herb tabouleh
w/ salad
