with apricots and chick peas
served on a bed of cous cous

Whiskey Marinated Grilled Pork Chops
boneless chops in our own whiskey marinate
on au gratin potatoes with a fresh vegetable saute

Seafood Stuffed Red Peppers
crab, shrimp, and white fish with rice
finished with a creamy mornay sauce

Jumbo King Crab Legs
1 lb crab legs prescored
served with baked potato and a fresh vegetable saute
accented with drawn butter
