served on a mediterranean vegetable saute
w/ salad

Seared Fresh Jumbo Sea Scallops
served grilled zucchini and gaufrette potatoes
highlighted with a romesco sauce
w/ salad

Coconut Jumbo Shrimp
finished with a mango chutney
served on a bed of sweet cream risotto
w/ salad

Jamaican Jerk Pulled Pork
rubbed pork shoulder cooked low and slow for 12 hours
served with pommes frites and fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
