jumbo shrimp sauteed in orange butter w/ grand marnier
with artichoke hearts and roasted red pepper
served on seasoned rice
w/ salad

Whiskey Marinated Grilled Pork Chops
boneless chops in our own whiskey marinate
on au gratin potatoes with a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad

Coquilles St Jacque
pan seared jumbo sea scallops
with a mushroom cognac cream sauce
served with seasoned rice and a fresh vegetable saute
w/ salad
